2022-2023 Zoning Process

* ALL NEW ZONING WENT INTO EFFECT FALL 2022. The following is a summary of the 2022-2023 process that remains in place.

Welcome to our community zoning committee webpage! We hope you will find this site helpful with the latest presentations for each meeting so you can see all of the information the committee is reviewing to make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees. Our expectation to bring the recommendation for formal approval is March/April timeframe.

The purpose of this committee is to make a recommendation to the Board for new elementary and high school zones due to the Elementary #8 opening and the expansion of Heritage High School. Also, as the committee looks at the boundaries in a holistic manner for the entire district, they may make middle school zone recommendations as needed.

Prior to a formal Board recommendation, the zoning committee will host community meeting input opportunities. Parents will receive an email with those details as the date gets closer. Additionally, we will post this information on the district and campus social media.

ALL NEW ZONING WILL GO INTO EFFECT FALL 2022.
